Our Premium 24-Hour Program
All clients within our Premium Program are assigned a dedicated Senior Case Manager at no additional cost.
Your Case Manager will work alongside your dedicated private care coordinator to provide a range of services. This includes managing your scheduling needs and requests, by individually matching carers with you or your loved one; and coordinating our premium direct care staff members. They do this whilst supporting you or your loved one with any additional requirements.
Your Case Manager is able to work alongside any medical stakeholders and arrange any allied health assistance or home equipment to ensure the care and your home is all set up for 24-hour care.
24-hour In-home Care Services
Our 24-Hour Care Teams provide the following support services and more:
Showering, dressing, toileting and hygiene.
Paying bills, meal planning/preparation, shopping, and prompting medications - where a registered nurse is on shift, medication can be administered.
Specialised nursing, care advice and support for you and your loved ones during this time.
Comprehensive or flexible in-home nursing ranging from 1 hour to 24-hour care and nursing support, up to 7 days a week.
Our experienced 24-Hour Case Managers will work with you and your loved one to assess, plan and implement a range of services.
Our carers will provide company at all hours of the day and night to combat isolation or loneliness.
