General Manager of Sales and Marketing
Thea comes to Prestige with a fantastic variety of skills and experiences. With a father who is a doctor and a strong grounding in the medical field, Thea worked in the medical industry for many years before completing a commerce degree (majoring in accounting) and subsequently moving into the finance industry. After embracing such opportunities as working in business development in the financial markets in both London and Sydney, Thea decided to return to the health sector. Thea came to Prestige with exceptional communication and people skills and is responsible for building new business within the organisation. By developing relationships with existing clients, as well as making new contacts with various stakeholders in the community health industry, Thea is in an excellent position to spread the word about the amazing services Prestige offers.
Lara joins the Prestige team as the Relationship Manager for the Mornington Peninsula area. Lara has a strong background in sales, account management and relationship management in both the travel and private health insurance industries. Whilst working with a health fund in corporate sales, Lara worked closely with staff at public and private hospitals as well as other health care service providers. Lara is local to the Mornington Peninsula and is looking forward to working closely with her local healthcare community and making sure Prestige Inhome Care is recognised for the first class Inhome care provider that it is.
Carly joins the Prestige team as the Relationship Manager for the Northern area. Carly has a wealth of knowledge in Sales/Relationship Management and has been involved in the sales industry for the past 16 years. Carly previously worked as a Business Development Manager in the Private Health Insurance industry, mainly dealing with the Public and Private Hospital System as well as the Department of Health. Carly has a great rapport with her clients in the industry and enjoys meeting new clients and building those new relationships.
Nina joins the Prestige team as the Relationship Manager for the Southern Region, bringing with her over 15 years’ experience in the health, not-for-profit and labour force hire sectors.
Her most recent role was as a senior hospital specialist representative for a leading international pharmaceutical company in which she worked closely with various healthcare professionals in hospital and community settings. Combining her strong customer relations and business development acumen with her passion for the health and wellbeing of people of all ages, she is very much looking forward to working in the Aged Care Sector and sharing Prestige Inhome Care’s core values.
Janine has more than 20 years experience as an educator, carer and recruitment consultant within the Early Childhood Industry. Throughout these years she has found it incredibly rewarding to be able to make a difference in young people lives as well as contributing to the entire family unit.
Coming from a family as one of five children and having three children of her own, the word FAMILY, holds great importance to Janine: "No matter what stage of life each member is at we all have a responsibility for that member's health, wellbeing and happiness."
