The National LGBTI Health Alliance is the peak health body for organisations that provide health-related programs, services and research targeting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and other sexuality, sex and gender diverse people (LGBTI).

The Alliance is concerned about practical health issues which affect LGBTI people in Australia. These issues include mental health and suicide prevention, ageing and aged care, better health for people of diverse sex and gender, and higher rates of tobacco, alcohol and drug use.

Alliance Members work together to improve the health and wellbeing of sexuality, sex and gender diverse people. We speak with a national voice; and we build the capacity of our Members to work with and for LGBTI people. We respect the personal responsibility and resilience of individuals to make decisions about their health.
