Nick began his career as a Registered Nurse before accepting a corporate role with Stanhope Home Nursing Services in 2000. It was his natural business management skills that saw Nick grow the business exponentially in his role as National Business Development Manager, overseeing more than 1,300 team members.
Nick recognised the need in the industry for a high quality private home healthcare provider that supports individuals not only during recovery but also as they live independently in their own home.
Nick’s vision was to create a high quality and viable alternative to nursing homes that provides clients with unprecedented emotional support and care services. A reputable, reliable and high quality provider that not only provided care services but also delivered access to transport for medical appointments and the opportunity to partake in chaperoned trips for socialising.
In 2005, Nick established Prestige Inhome Care.
Within three months, the newly founded family operated business grew to seven team members, many of whom remain working for Prestige Inhome Care today.
Nick’s has a commitment to offering the highest quality care by employing only the most qualified and committed team members. Professionals that clients can trust to deliver the high quality care they deserve.
Today, Prestige Inhome Care continues to grow while maintaining the family-owned mindset that places clients at the heart of operations.
Currently, Nick is an active member of the Leading Aged Services Australia (LASA) Community Care Taskforce and the LASA Members Advisory Committee. Nominated as a finalist for Australian of the Year, Nick has also previously been President of the Association of Private Nursing Services and graduated from the Company Director’s Course before being awarded the GAICD post nominal.
