We ask all our clients to contact the Prestige office if they or a family/household member has been instructed by their medical practitioner or Australian Government to self-isolate. These cases will be reviewed on a case by case basis taking into consideration the safety of our staff and clients, the level of care required and availability of support to the client. Prestige has comprehensive prevention practices in place which all our staff are instructed to follow and provides personal protective equipment to our staff.
