From our highly experienced Case Managers through to our direct care workers, our team are trained in understanding Dementia and the issues surrounding this condition. We have many carers who have specialised experience in this area. We take the time to understand our clients’ individual dementia care needs so we can deliver the highest quality tailored support at home.

We are able to support clients who may have behavioural & psychological symptoms of dementia, this may include using therapies to support with agitation, anxiety or wandering. We work with you & your specialist to find the best strategies.

What is the difference between Dementia & Alzheimer’s?
