With a father who isa doctor and a strong grounding in the medical field, Thea worked in the medical industry for many years before completing a commerce degree (majoring in accounting) and subsequently moving into the finance industry.

After embracing such opportunities as working in business development in the financial markets in both London and Sydney, Thea decided to return to the health sector. Thea came to Prestige over 11 years ago, with exceptional communication and people skills and is responsible for building new business within the organisation. By developing relationships with existing clients, as well as making new contacts with various stakeholders in the community health industry, Thea is in an excellent position to spread the word about the amazing services Prestige offers.

Having worked in the health sector both in Australia and overseas for most of his career, Anthony brings skills and experience across a broad base of competencies including general management, finance, customer, strategy, process improvement and program delivery.

Sumit Garg

Sumit is a successful and innovative CA qualified problem solver with extensive experiences in the commercial and the finance field. He brings across experience from multi-billion dollar organisations in the utilities and transportation industries.

He has led or acted as a key SMEin multiple ERP implementation and upgrades. He also project managed the implementation of the NSW gas trading market related processes and technologies for the eastern gaspipeline. Community minded, Sumit also project managed the Tedx StKilda 2015 and TedxStKilda 2016 events.

Shona Murray

Shona brings to Prestige a passion for delivering excellent service to all clients and internal customers. She has an Honours Degree in Chemistry but soon after graduating realised her skill set and interests were more suited to providing exceptional customer service and improving process rather than being in the laboratory.

Her experience has spanned numerous sectors including Education, Technology, and Insurance.

Shona’s aim at Prestige is to drive continuous improvement through process simplification, technology use and increased team member capability to ensure that everyone who interacts with the Customer Service Team really does get a prestige experience.

Lisa brings rich experience in financial reporting and management reporting to Prestige.Prior to joining Prestige in August 2020, Lisa worked as a Group Accounting Manager in  a multinational renewable energy company.

Earlier in her career, Lisa worked in variousdepartments in a global accounting firm. Lisa also has extensive experience in merger andacquisition, restructure, IPOs and capital raising. Lisa is passionate about client servicing and partnering with operations to drive financial service excellence. Lisa is a certified accountant in both Australia and China.

Hayley’s passion for aged care was ignited when working as a personal care attendant in an aged care facility whilst completing her studies.

This experience has given her the drive to advocate for the rights of our elderly community and ensure they can access the required support to keep them as comfortable and as independent as possible within their own homes.

Looking back over a 25-plus year career in Sydney, Roseanne has always been a carer, whether it was her early years as a nurse working in Australia & London, trying to make her patients smile through their pain, caring for her beautiful mother during her later years, working within the healthcare sector ensuring clients received amazing service. More recently Roseanne moved to Melbourne and worked for a Trustee company where she worked as an Age Care advocate, caring & assisting families who required guidance placing their loved ones into Age Care residencies or helping clients untangle the craziness of obtaining an HCP.

Roseanne tells us she is now where she is meant to be, working with extraordinary colleagues who are all contributing to making people’s lives so much better by remaining in their own homes living their best life possible.

With a Business Development and Program Management background, Jasmine has focused her career on developing highly effective, results-driven programs that benefit both the individual, and the business. Across her career Jasmine has experience as a representative at government, leadership, forums and industry events associated with disability, ageing, mental health and supported independent living, national reform and policy, and after exposure to this type of support from a very young age, is a strong advocate for consumers. Jasmine has a young family, and comes to Prestige with passion and enthusiasm to drive excellence across Consumer Directed Care, assisting individuals to live the life they wish to achieve.
