Obtaining accreditation is difficult and is similar to the process required for a hospital. Whilst not a requirement for the home care industry, we are proud of our accreditation. It shows that an independent auditor has reviewed every aspect of our business and certified that everything is being done to the highest possible standards. Prestige Inhome Care meets all the current Aged Care and Disability standards.
Continuity of Care
At Prestige, we aim to keep the number of carers working in your program to a minimum, to allow you the opportunity to build rapport and feel comfortable with your carers. On occasions when your regular care worker is unavailable, we will try to find another suitable care worker to care for you. We realise that the familiarity and security associated with having the same carers are important to you and we will endeavour to keep substitute carers to a minimum where possible.
Qualified and Experienced People
Prestige has over 20 years of experience in delivering tailored in-home care services. All of our personal care workers have a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care, a First Aid Certificate and have been trained by us to assist you in a safe and practical manner. We only engage Registered Division 1 and Enrolled Nurses. All of our staff also participate in regular education, training programs and reviews to maintain the highest possible standard of skills and expertise to ensure that you receive the best possible care.

We devise a structured, yet tailored program overseen by a dedicated Case Manager – including a team of 6-7 carers to ensure you have someone with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
