Terms and Conditions
- Offer valid only for new HCP/SAH clients until 1 January 2026.
- New Prestige Support at Home clients are required to sign our service agreement to qualify.
- Your complimentary hours must be used within 3 months of the agreement’s start date.
- Complimentary services are valid Monday to Friday only, excludes weekends and public holidays. 2-hour minimum visits apply.
- This offer can be used for the following services only: Personal Care, Companionship, Domestic Assistance, and Social Supports.
Your complimentary hours will depend on your Support at Home classification level as follows:
SAH Level 3 & 4 (HCP equivalent level 2) = 2 hours complimentary
SAH Level 5 & 6 (HCP equivalent level 3) = 3 hours complimentary
SAH Level 7 & 8 (HCP equivalent level 4) = 4 hours complimentary
