Philip was thrilled to be selected, and we were honoured to make it happen and create an enjoyable experience for him. Philip was accompanied by his carer, Dick (2024 Prestige Carer of the Year).
Philip chose to enjoy a traditional high tea at The Windsor Hotel, selecting an experience that offered him the opportunity to step outside of his usual routine and do something in a place that was special to him. Philip was treated to a selection of sweet and savoury delights, enjoyed within the elegant surroundings of the iconic venue. Surrounded by the beauty and warmth of The Windsor, the afternoon was filled with enjoyment, making it a truly memorable experience for both.
Dick also enjoyed the experience and shared his lovely feedback with the team:
