Our Client Rosslyn was one of the lucky winners of the 20 year Anniversary giveaway who was given the chance to fulfil a bucket list wish. Rosslyn is among the winners, enjoying her chosen experience of the Butterfly House at Melbourne Zoo with the support of her case manager and carer.
Rosslyn was in disbelief when she was told she had won, saying it had brightened her world. We were very excited to organise Rosslyn’s experience for a fun day out with Case Manager Hayley and carer Shirley.
A Butterfly Encounter
Rosslyn chose to have a fun day out at Melbourne Zoo. Specifically, to enjoy the experience of the butterfly enclosure up close. Rosslyn had the opportunity to create a beautiful bouquet with flora native to Australia before making her way to the butterfly house.

Gorillas and Giraffes
Rosslyn, Hayley and Shirley then had lunch watching giraffes in the Giraffe Café which they all thoroughly enjoyed making a good day even better.
For one last adventure, Rosslyn chose to visit the gorilla house, spotting many different primates just hanging around. To finish the day, they wondered through the gift shop where Rosslyn found her new giraffe friend.
