After decades of dedicated leadership, Nick McDonald to pass baton to new CEO

Nick’s impact on Prestige is immeasurable. From humble beginnings to a thriving, values-led organisation, his commitment to client care, innovation, and team culture has shaped everything Prestige stands for. While he’s stepping back from day-to-day operations, we’re thrilled that Nick will continue to play a key role in guiding our future direction.

As part of this transition, we’re excited to welcome Mark O ‘Brien as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective 24 November 2025. Mark was most recently CEO of Impression Dental Group who operate 8 brands around Australia. His induction with Prestige Inhome Care will begin 5 November.

Mark will bring new insights, deep commercial experience, and a genuine alignment with our values. With a strong background in healthcare and a passion for operational excellence, he’s quickly earned the respect of our executive team and is well positioned to lead us into our next chapter of growth.

We’re incredibly grateful to Nick for his leadership and legacy, and equally excited about what lies ahead with Mark at the helm.
