For 2 years now we have been with Prestige for the care of my elderly father. I want to acknowledge our Case manager Kate McLay who is absolutely amazing and at all times very professional, friendly and highly committed to her role. The ongoing support and kindness shown by Kate is beyond next level.
We also have a wonderful team of hardworking carers looking after him and their constant care is always personalised and tailored to his needs. I am eternally grateful for their dedication.

I just wanted to write to you to express gratitude on behalf of my whole family for the exemplary assistance which my brother's carer provided to make my mother's 90th birthday such a success. Being able to celebrate with him was very important to all of us so we decided to hold the event in his home. This involved a lot of work with preparation of the venue and catering and his carer generously assisted throughout.
The important part of the day was ensuring that my brother was well rested, presentable and could preside as host. His carer assisted him beautifully and graciously and everything went off perfectly. She demonstrated that caring for a client is not just the basics of keeping them clean, clothed and fed but enabling them to have dignity and participate fully in a social and family life.
I know that the success of the event was in large part due to her generous assistance and I would like you to know that she is a credit to Prestige.
