You have three options to choose from when deciding how to manage your NDIS funding – self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed.You can also choose a combination of the three options. Your LAC or NDIA planner will ask you how you would like to manage your NDIS funding during your planning meeting and help you choose the best way to manage your funds depending on your needs and circumstances.
The NDIA sets price limits for some supports to ensure they provide value for money for NDS Participants. The Annual Price Review is undertaken by the NDIA, with any new prices outlined in an updated price guide, and this is effective 1 July each year. The NDIA may complete this review at other times throughout the year. If this occurs, the price guide will be effective from the NDIS Price Guide commencement date.
