We’ll organise a convenient time for an in-home consultation with you and your family members. Your Case Manager will conduct a care needs assessment and develop a tailored care plan.

You will be connected with one of our Client Service Coordinators who will look after your rostering requirements and will be responsible for matching your loved one’s care needs with the most suitable nurses and carers.

You will be assigned a Prestige Case Manager who will establish a unique and flexible care program that is personalised to meet your needs. Your Case Manager will check-in with you regularly to ensure you are completely satisfied with both the care and your team.
