Meet sylvia Jacobson

Client Services Manager

“My role exists to deliver high standards to our clients and ensure they have continuous customised care and that we match carers to client needs.”

“I moved to home care as the industry is quite different although the purpose was just as meaningful – to ensure our clients and families are supported with their needs and creating independence.” Sylvia comes to Prestige after 20 years in various roles in the manufacturing industry commemorating lives for the memorial sector.

“I always look to challenge myself and help others. Prestige Inhome Care was the perfect opportunity to expand my knowledge as well as giving people the help and respect they deserve.”

As Client Services Manager, Sylvia will work closely with our carer leaders to ensure the best service for our clients and develop processes that will help resolve client problems. Sylvia is looking forward to focusing on clients needs and developing processes to address concerns or challenges our clients may have, thereby delivering a seamless customer experience.

When asked about what motivates her, Sylvia said, “I am motivated by continuous improvement, challenges and developing people. Making a difference in people’s lives and following through on our promise to our clients and families is truly rewarding.”

Outside of work, Sylvia spends a lot of time with her 2 girls aged 13 and 15 who have a love for horses. They spend up to 25 hours a week looking after and riding them! Sylvia also enjoys the occasional gardening during spring.
