Our Premium 24-Hour Program

All clients within our Premium Program are assigned a dedicated Senior Case Manager at no additional cost.

Your Case Manager will work alongside your dedicated private care coordinator to provide a range of services. This includes:

  • managing your scheduling needs and requests,
  • individually matching carers with you or your loved one; and
  • coordinating our premium direct care staff members. They do this whilst supporting you or your loved one with any additional requirements.

Your Case Manager is able to work alongside any medical stakeholders. We can arrange any allied health assistance or home equipment to ensure you are all set up for 24-hour care.

What is the Prestige Inhome Care Process?

Our 24-Hour Care Solution is unique and tailored to suit you or your loved one’s needs. This is how the program works.

You will be introduced to your own dedicated Case Manager during a free, no-obligation in-home consultation. Your Case Manager will conduct a care needs assessment and develop a tailored care plan. Your Case Manager will be available to assist you at no additional cost.

You will be connected with one of our Client Service Coordinators who will look after your rostering requirements and will be responsible for matching your loved one’s care needs with the most suitable staff members.
A team of staff members (typically 5-6 carers and nurses) will assist with the day-to-day care of your family member. In most cases, a 24 hour period is broken into three shifts (8.00 am – 3.00 pm, 3.00 pm – 10.00 pm and 10.00 pm – 8.00 am, (however, this can be adjusted to suit individual client preferences).
Your Case Manager will communicate with you and your loved one on a regular basis and conduct regular reviews of the care, so as to ensure you are completely satisfied with both the care and your team, and to identify any ways we can improve upon the service we are providing.
