Mark O’Brien
Group Chief Executive Officer
Mark O’Brien is an accomplished CEO and healthcare executive with over two decades of leadership across Australia’s most regulated and people-focused industries, including dental, allied health, aged care, and education. He was appointed CEO of Prestige Inhome Care in November 2025.
Mark has hands-on experience in mergers, acquisitions, and business integration, having led several organisations through complex transitions and operational milestones.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and a Postgraduate Diploma of Management from UNSW’s AGSM.

Thea McCroary
Chief Operations & Product Officer, Prestige Director
Thea McCroary joined Prestige Inhome Care 15 years ago, heading up our business development and later, sales and marketing.
Thea is a passionate advocate for living independently, and with dignity, in your own home. Having supported her mother through dementia, she can personally relate to the families whose loved ones Prestige cares for.
Thea has been instrumental in Prestige’s growth — from a start-up with a handful of staff and clients, to a nationally-focused organisation that proudly maintains its family-owned identity and supports over 2,000 valued clients a month to remain living at home.
Sandra Beldman
Chief Financial Officer
Sandra is a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience leading finance, transformation, and commercial strategy across founder-led, PE-backed and multinational organisations.
Her career includes CFO roles in retail and education. She has repeatedly delivered financial turnaround, ERP and systems transformations, cash-flow optimisation, governance uplift and commercial modelling.
With a strong data-driven mindset supported by formal studies in data science, her leadership spans finance, IT, HR, legal and data functions, consistently embedding operational discipline, transparency, and high-performing teams, making her a fantastic addition to our Executive Team.
Maria Lynch
Chief Growth Officer
Maria has extensive experience driving growth, brand transformation, and customer engagement across health, insurance, utilities, and consumer markets.
Most recently Head of Marketing General Insurance Products at Bupa, she has led high-performing teams delivering record results.
She also worked on a national business consolidation developing into what we know today to be Lumo Energy.
Maria combines deep expertise in customer acquisition, retention, CRM, analytics, and regulatory communications, grounded in clarity, empathy, and purpose.
Anthony Goldman
Executive General Manager – Strategic Projects
Having worked in the health sector both in Australia and overseas for most of his career, Anthony brings skills and experience across a broad base of competencies including general management, finance, customer, strategy, process improvement and program delivery.
Initially qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he has led complex strategy and change programs to help companies execute on their strategic plans and deliver practical and commercial outcomes. Anthony is excited to help Prestige continue providing great outcomes for clients through delivering excellent care for people in their own homes.
Kirby Young
Executive General Manager – Client Services
Kirby is a physiotherapist with a Master of Health Administration and 20 years’ experience as a senior healthcare leader across public and private hospitals as well as community health. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Kirby brings extensive expertise in health service leadership, management,
and strategy.
He is passionate about delivering high-quality community care and supporting people to remain living safely in their homes while avoiding unnecessary hospitalisation. Kirby joined Prestige in August 2025 to help drive excellence in client services and to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families.
Wendy Barnett
General Manager – Omni-Care
Wendy Barnett has over 20 years’ experience working in home-based supports and is passionate about the delivery of excellent outcomes for clients. She has a comprehensive understanding of the sector.
Following the completion of a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in employee relations, Wendy worked in manufacturing before commencing in the HR Manager role at Omni-Care in 2002, quickly moving into the Operations Manager role, and then becoming General Manager. She has played a major role in the growth and development of the company at both a strategic and operational level.
Wendy’s experience includes operations, sales and relationship management and human resources. In her roles in home-based support and in manufacturing she has been directly responsible for implementing new software systems and achieving ISO quality accreditation.
Neil Roper
Executive General Manager – Technology & Systems
Neil brings 25 years of leadership across healthcare and aged care organisations, specialising in IT strategy, cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation.
As CIO at Arcare, Neil has led the development and execution of enterprise-wide technology strategies, strengthening cyber resilience, modernising infrastructure, and implementing integrated systems to support high-quality care and scalable growth across more than 65 locations nationally. He has played a pivotal role in enabling organisational expansion, driving efficiency, and enhancing data-driven decision-making.
Neil is known for his pragmatic, people-focused leadership style, building high-performing teams and aligning technology with business outcomes to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Computing (Honours) from the University of Tasmania.
