Congratulations to Prestige’s Carers of the Year – Sol from Melbourne and Billie-Jo from Sydney. The two carers were surprised with their awards during staff gatherings at their home offices.
And congratulations to Mark, who was awarded the Office Employee of the Year! Mark, the IT Operations Manager who works at the Moorabbin office was delighted to receive his award during the Annual Awards Night.
NSW/QLD Carer of the Year – Billie-Jo
Billie-Jo was nominated by her client services team for The Trust Master Award. This award talks directly to her ability to create relationships and have genuine communication with others. Her nomination read:

Billie-Jo has been with Prestige for almost 2 years and has 6 years of professional experience in the aged care and disability sector. She prides herself on making clients and their families feel at ease, bringing a great work ethic to every shift.
Our Executive General Manager of Service Delivery, Kirby, went up to Sydney to congratulate Billie-Jo along with her carer lead Karen and the Sydney Office Team.
VIC Carer of the Year – Sol
Sol was nominated by her client services team for the Agility Star Award, celebrating her efficiency. Her nomination read:
‘She continues to support with clients ad hoc and often as a last-minute request. Her versatility and professionalism is always appreciated by staff and clients alike. She is a very valued member of our Prestige team.’
Sol has been with Prestige in the premium team for about 3 years. She enjoys going to a new client and learning about them and developing relationships with her clients.
Sol was presented with her Direct Care Employee of the Year award at the Prestige Annual Awards Night. Surrounded by supportive office staff to celebrate with her.
