We were privileged to support Sir Donald, who was recently honored by the Prime Minister for his remarkable contributions to fundraising for Australia’s Olympians and the Olympic movement over the past 40 years.

Inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame in 1991, Sir Donald’s influence extended to the Geelong Football Club, yacht racing, horse racing, and the arts. His accolades include the Knights Commander of the Order of the British Empire (KBE) in 1979, the Companion of the Order of Australia in 1991, the Olympic Order of Merit in 1980, and Australian Olympic Committee Life Membership in 1994.
Sir Donald and Lady Trescowthick, married for 72 years, were instrumental in establishing the Sir Donald and Lady Trescowthick Centre for aged care in Prahran.
Our care team, who also had the honor of caring for Lady Trescowthick until her passing in March, fondly remember the pride they felt in serving the extraordinary couple. We extend our deepest sympathies to the Trescowthick family.
