Private Care Funding

When you pay for your or loved one’s in-home care privately, we tailor our services to fit their individual needs and wishes.

Our tailored care solutions mean you only pay for as much or as little care as you want. Services are available from as little as one hour through to 24 hours per day.

In many cases, our clients receive government funding via a Home Care Package, and choose to pay for some support services privately, ‘topping up’ their government funded care for a bit of extra support and comfort when needed.

Our same team of ‘Prestige standard’ care staff support privately funded clients and Government funded clients, which means you can have the same consistent carers delivering all your care needs and may wish to have private care whist you wait for your package to be approved.

There are no lock-in contracts so you can put your care on hold or cease at any stage. Services are available from as little as one hour through to complete 24 hours per day, and can be increased or decreased as needed.

What is our Private Care Process?

We’ll answer all of your questions during an initial telephone discussion about your current situation.

You will be introduced to your own dedicated Case Manager during a free, no-obligation in-home consultation. Your Case Manager will conduct a care needs assessment and develop a tailored care plan. Your Case Manager will be available to assist you at no additional cost.

You will be connected with one of our Client Service Coordinators who will look after your rostering requirements and will be responsible for matching your loved one’s care needs with the most suitable staff members.

You will be assigned a Prestige Case Manager who will establish a unique and flexible care program that is personalised to meet your needs. Your Case Manager will check-in with you regularly to ensure you are completely satisfied with both the care and your team.
