The Support at Home program will commence 1 November 2025.  Prestige is dedicated to helping you understand the new program and make life better for you at home.

Are you on the HCP Waitlist?

If you were approved for a Home Care Package after 12 September 2024 and have been notified that you are on the National Priority System, your approved funding level and place on the wait list will not change. When your government funding is applied, you will automatically transition to the Support at Home program on an equivalent funding level and with your approved services.

Our Care Specialists can help you understand your care options while you wait for funding.

If your needs have changed and you think you require a higher level of support, you can be re-assessed. Following this you will transition fully into Support at Home and its program framework with a new SAH funding level.

If you’re unhappy with your current provider, speak to our Care Specialist team about how to switch providers. We can make the process easy and seamless.
