Support at Home
From 1 November 2025, Australia’s aged care system will undergo one of its most significant transformations in decades. The New Aged Care Act puts older people at the heart of aged care, ensuring your rights, choices, and wellbeing are front and centre.
Support at Home provides partial or full government funding for older people to support their varying care needs, enhance their quality of life and maintain their living standards. Participants will receive their funding in the form of a quarterly budget.
