Assist with prompting medications - where a registered nurse is on shift, medication can be administered.

Respite Care
We can help with a much-needed break or emergency relief for family carers. Overnight care is also available.

Medication and symptom management, care advice and support for you and your loved ones during this time.

Endeavour to match our experienced palliative carers and nurses to specific clients’ requests and needs; i.e. gender/ religion/ language/ experience, etc.
Provide Comfort And Assist With Pain Management:
Provide medication support, support symptom management, like supporting pain management or nausea including around-the-clock nursing-type care for the client with high-support needs.
Experienced And Specifically Trained Nurses
Highly experienced and trained in the intricacies of palliative care; assess, plan and administer daily treatment and manage symptoms. The Care team will be specifically trained according to the client’s situation, condition and needs.
Shared Care Facilitation
We work alongside hospice and community palliative services such as community care teams, doctors, surgeons, Pal Care Australia, Bethlehem, Cabrini and Eastern palliative care team to provide seamless care and support in line, under a shared care model.

Every aspect of our in-home palliative care is tailored to the unique needs of your loved one that will meet their physical, psychological, social, spiritual and cultural needs. Giving you or your loved one the choice to pass away at home.

What is the Prestige Inhome Care Process?
Our Palliative Care is unique and personalised to suit you or your loved one’s needs. This is how the program works:

We’ll organise a free, no-obligation in-home consultation with you and your family members. Your Case Manager will conduct a care needs assessment and develop a tailored care plan.
You will be connected with one of our Client Service Coordinators who will look after your rostering requirements and will be responsible for matching your loved one’s care needs with the most suitable nurses and carers.
You will be assigned a Prestige Case Manager who will establish a unique and flexible care program that is personalised to meet your needs. Your Case Manager will check-in with you regularly to ensure you are completely satisfied with both the care and your team.
